For this week’s lesson I learned so many important things that I can apply in my life. I learned that as I take my journey in this mortal life and to be able to succeed I should make a clear goal on what really I wanted to achieve. From the document in titled “How will you measure your life” by Clayton M. Christensen it mentioned that there are important things that we should to be able for us to take control of our lives. He said that we should create a strategy for our life, there are a lot of uncertainties in life but if we have a strategy as our guide as we push forward we can be better off compared to others. Allocating our resources is important too he said and I quote “Your decisions about allocating your personal time, energy, and talent ultimately shape your life’s strategy”. He also mentioned other important learnings that can help us in our life’s journey.
I learned also form LDS Perspective about the importance of little things. As I remembered hearing from the church and I quote “Little things can make big things to pass”. Little things are important in our life and we should not ignore them, for everything starts from small and eventually grows bigger and bigger. I remembered the saying in relation to business. “Start small, think big”.
Do what you love. I like this one, I do believe that if we love what we are doing then we can enjoy and are not forced to do it for the sake of money or other desires that we have. I want to add that we should do what we love and it must be also rewarding or we can gain something from it that have importance to us.
The video also taught me to be wise by doing effective choices, not longer days. I do believe that education can make this possible because we can become smarter in doings things compared to other people that are not that well educated.
