For this week’s lesson I learned a lot of great insights. I want to mention about self-mastery. This is a very good learning that I gained this week. Self-mastery is indeed what I’m lacking, I realized that my life have no clear sense of direction because of my lack of self-mastery. By my lack of self-mastery I’m easily get swayed and easily tempted to do things that are not important. When I learned about how we should have a self-mastery I decided to practice it in my life, I do believe that it will give me better decisions and I will have a clear purpose in life and focus on the most important things in my life. I learned that without self-master I will never attain success on the things that I do and want to achieve.
From the article “So You want to be an Entrepreneur” I learned about the 3 areas of knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of the competitive structure of an industry and network of contacts within that industry.
- The skills to run the daily operations of a small, rapidly growing company
- The ability to raise money.
I learned that to become an entrepreneur I should always remember those three because they are so important in my entrepreneurial journey.
I also learned about grabbing great opportunities when they arrived even though you are not 100 percent prepared. It is better to learn about it along the way than to let it slip. Taking risk can bring better rewards.
I also learned that as an entrepreneur, family should come first, in everything that I do I should put my family and God first before anything else. The balance between entrepreneurship and family should be the first priority to be considered.
Being loyal to God and the Family is the true success in life because at the end of the day we are here on earth for the purpose of eternal family so that we can achieve it in the next life.
